Pet Policy
- Max of (2) pets per apartment.
- Weight limit of 75lbs per pet.
- Non-refundable pet fees are: $300 for (1) pet, $500 for (2) pets.
- Pet Rent: $25/mth/pet.
- Must be approved through Pet Screening prior to move in or prior to the pet residing at the community.
- Breed restrictions apply. See Leasing Office for details.
